📋 Description

• Understand HELE's vision, strategies, and organizational priorities. • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs. • Build/Propose solutions that enable data-driven decision-making within HELE. • Understand business models, data sources, and system infrastructure. • Design and implement robust Power BI architectures for organization-wide self-service reporting and ad-hoc data exploration. • Design and implement a Power BI COE with partners across business departments and functions. • Build and lead key analytical assets needed by the organization. • Develop scalable Power BI data models that drive strategic decision-making and measurable business value. • Delegate effectively and ensure consultants and other contributors deliver timely solutions. • Ensure solutions are adopted and used by business groups. • Hold partners accountable for contributing to Power BI solutions. • Adopt Agile methodologies for all activities. • Design and implement DevOps and project-management methods, including metrics and measures. • Govern Power BI solutions using business glossaries, standard KPIs, and business definitions. • Guide and support team members and business users in building reports on scalable Power BI models. • Stay updated with data trends and technologies to continuously enhance BI capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field. • Over 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI as an enterprise platform. • 2+ years leading BI teams or managing cross-functional BI initiatives. • Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end Power BI solutions within a complex Enterprise IT ecosystem, including integration with centralized data platforms, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle), and governed data models. • Prior knowledge of a domain such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc. • Experience in creating and managing a Power BI CoE. • Experience working within Agile Methodology. • Experience with innovative solutions, problem-solving, and working across diverse groups and domains. • Excellent written and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Preferred: Master’s Degree/MBA. • Preferred: Related Experience in CPG/Hard Goods/Retail Industry. • Preferred: Knowledge and experience in crafting and building a scalable BI infrastructure. • Preferred: Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms. • Preferred: Experience with designing and implementing a modern data platform architecture. • Ability to connect with various audiences with varying degrees of technical expertise. • Strong planning, priority setting, and project management skills to balance multiple projects and resources in a fast-paced environment.
