• Design and execute lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, and other digital channels. • Build and manage a strategic content calendar (posts, newsletters, lead magnets, nurture campaigns). • Develop and monitor paid ad campaigns, ensuring efficiency and positive ROI. • Analyze funnel metrics and optimize performance at each stage. • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. • Stay up to date with industry trends and propose innovative demand generation tactics.
• 4–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation (consulting, SaaS, or professional services preferred) • Demonstrated success building predictable pipelines and scaling lead acquisition. • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and funnel optimization. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Creative and strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is highly desirable.
• Competitive salary: $3,000 – $4,500 USD/month (LATAM-based, experience dependent) • 100% remote role, with preference for candidates in LATAM who have experience with US-based campaigns • Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with direct impact on company growth.
