• Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together • Maintain timely documentation in our EHR • Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room
• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C • Experience with children, teens, and families • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred, not just a nice-to-have • Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
