📋 Description

• You'll carry a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth. • Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together • Maintain timely documentation in our EHR • Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling. • Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C • Experience with children, teens, and families • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Strong technological skills and learning new systems, including Zoom, GSuite (Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.), electronic health record systems, and other collaboration tools • Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred • Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
