📋 Description

• Research and resolve overdue client invoice issues • Ensure timely and accurate billing processes and maintain invoicing integrity • Review billing discrepancies and validate charges against contracts • Coordinate with internal teams to correct billing errors • Issue, adjust, and track invoices according to company policies • Foster positive client relationships during collections and billing discussions • Monitor accounts and minimize outstanding receivables • Address inquiries related to overdue receivables • Prepare and provide outstanding balance statements • Monitor, document, and escalate process or billing issues with recommendations • Follow up on overdue receivables in accordance with collections processes • Collaborate with internal teams to support collections efforts • Assist with creating and reviewing client invoices • Manage shared inboxes, including GLOBO HubSpot and accounts-receivable inboxes • Create and issue invoices across all service lines • Maintain and update master customer records and contractual details in Sage Intacct • Identify and communicate billing issues and inefficiencies • Support order-to-cash automation efforts • Assist with monthly close activities • Perform other duties assigned by accounting management

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred • Complex billing experience and ability to improve current processes • Ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities, and execute improvement projects • Previous customer service experience required • 2–3 years of related collections and billing experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar business accounting software • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Experience with Google Docs preferred • Ability to prioritize and execute projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization • Ability to work independently in a decentralized environment • High personal and professional integrity and ethics • High initiative, accountability, and follow-through • Teamwork and collaboration skills • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize needs • Authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States • Willingness to submit to requested background checks • Fluent in English; Spanish or American Sign Language is a plus
