📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies for assigned areas with Recruiting and Sourcing leads • Partner with Recruitment teams to deliver candidate pipelines aligned with business demand • Act as a sourcing subject matter expert • Coordinate with Sourcing Associate Manager, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams on sourcing channels and tools • Proactively source and submit pre-qualified talent against SLAs and KPIs • Build and maintain candidate relationships to deliver an excellent candidate experience • Create business updates and reporting with data-led insights • Contribute to sourcing meetings, project plans, and Europe Sourcing team initiatives • Coach and develop team members • Provide external market and industry intelligence to recruiters and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior recruitment stakeholders • Experience delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche sourcing strategies • Proven experience sourcing direct candidates through multiple channels • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint • Experience using ATS, CRM, and reporting systems • Advanced sourcing methodologies including Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques • Fluency in English and French • Legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship • Proactive approach to professional development • Collaborative approach and commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement
