📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies with Recruiting and Sourcing leads for assigned areas • Partner with Recruitment teams to deliver candidate pipelines aligned with business demand • Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing • Collaborate with Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams on sourcing channels and tools • Proactively source and submit pre-qualified talent against agreed SLAs and KPIs • Build and maintain candidate relationships to deliver an excellent candidate experience • Create business updates and reporting with data-led insights • Contribute to sourcing meetings, project plans, and initiatives with the wider Europe Sourcing team • Coach and develop team members • Support hiring delivery for a global professional services client

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and French • Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders on recruitment best practices • Experience delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche sourcing strategies • Proven experience sourcing direct candidates through multiple channels • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint • Experience using ATS, CRM, and reporting systems • Experience with Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques • Ability to provide external market and industry intelligence • Collaborative approach and commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement • Growth mindset and proactive approach to professional development • Legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship
