📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies with Recruiting and Sourcing leads • Deliver candidate pipelines aligned to business demand • Serve as a sourcing subject matter expert • Coordinate sourcing channels and tools with Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams • Proactively source and submit pre-qualified talent against SLAs and KPIs • Build and maintain candidate relationships to deliver an excellent candidate experience • Create business updates, reporting, and data-led insights • Contribute to sourcing meetings, project plans, and Europe Sourcing team initiatives • Coach and develop team members • Provide external market and industry intelligence to recruiters and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and German • Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders • Experience delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche sourcing strategies • Proven experience sourcing direct candidates through multiple channels • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint • Experience using ATS, CRM, and reporting systems • Advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques • Collaborative approach and commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement • Proactive approach to professional development • Legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship
