📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies for assigned areas with Recruiting and Sourcing leads • Partner with Recruitment teams to deliver candidate pipelines aligned to business demand • Act as a sourcing subject matter expert • Collaborate with Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, and Procurement teams on sourcing channels and tools • Proactively source and submit pre-qualified talent against agreed SLAs and KPIs • Build and maintain candidate relationships to deliver an excellent candidate experience • Create business updates and reporting with data-led insights • Contribute to sourcing meetings, project plans, and initiatives with the wider Europe Sourcing team • Coach and develop team members to support capability growth

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and German • Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders • Experience delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche sourcing strategies • Proven experience sourcing direct candidates through multiple channels • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint • Experience using ATS, CRM, and reporting systems • Advanced sourcing methodologies including Boolean, X-Ray, and social sourcing techniques • Ability to provide external market and industry intelligence • Collaborative approach and commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement • Proactive approach to professional development • Must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship
