• Own day-to-day performance across our paid social channels — primarily Meta and TikTok — plus oversight of a handful of other smaller channels • Dig into campaign data daily: analyze trends in key metrics like click-through rates and conversion rates, and build a clear narrative on where to focus and why • Become a subject matter expert on different account structures, campaign setups, testing methodologies, and stay up to date on all the latest changes in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager • Own your creative output — you’ll be responsible for ensuring you’re getting the volume, velocity, and variety of creative you need for your channels to be successful. • Develop a sharp vision for our creative pipeline — staying deeply curious about what resonates with our customer, understanding fast-moving trends, and translating what’s working for other brands. • Track and report on channel performance, translating trends into clear narrative and recommendations. • Use AI tools to work more efficiently — whether that's building prioritization workflows, generating ad variations, or shortcutting research.
