📋 Description
• Performs routine medical procedures for handicapped students • Evaluates referred students as part of a school assessment • Assists in record keeping • Administers prescribed medications • Provides first aid services as needed • Assists in the implementation of the school health policy • Communicates student health information to staff • Records health related information regarding immunizations, disease, and injuries • Assists the school health nurse in ordering and maintaining medical supplies • Performs all duties as assigned by the school health nurse or administrator.
🎯 Requirements
• BLS • Currently licensed in the State of Ohio • Previous experience as an RN or LPN preferred.
