📋 Description

• Compile information necessary to review and report on division or customer performance using the Data Warehouse, Operating Systems, External Resources, and other resources • Analyze customer and business performance using database programs, spreadsheets, statistical software, and presentation software • Develop pricing strategies, establish performance patterns, determine rebate eligibility, and examine sales, GP$, ROI, and base business performance • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations communicating results • Recommend business tactics and strategies based on findings • Create, maintain, and update Sales Plans/Contracts and Customer Profiles • Troubleshoot issues, escalate discrepancies to upper management, and prepare related documentation • Prepare and maintain updated departmental procedure documentation • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required • Facilitate and lead team activities, provide informal feedback, and provide training as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 1-3 or more years of related experience • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred • Exceptional understanding of the job and ability to apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex tasks • Ability to complete assignments and facilitate the work activities of others; may coordinate work beyond own area • Ability to apply acquired knowledge of procedures and external regulations • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to analyze complex technical or non-technical problems and suggest solutions • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Very good attention to detail and accuracy • Customer service orientation and ability to resolve complex issues • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks • Ability to manage conflict • Ability to work effectively under pressure • Good analysis and problem-solving skills • Ability to oversee multiple and/or complex projects • Ability to identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities • Ability to establish productive working relationships at multiple organizational levels • Travel typically less than 10%
