• Direct a highly complex department and product category with significant scope and financial impact • Manage the pharmaceutical category inclusive of Brands, Generics, and Specialty drugs • Develop product category strategy to meet organizational goals • Develop plans for increased sales, market share, and profitability • Mentor other Product Category Managers and specialists
🎯 Requirements
• Typically 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in product category management experience • 5 or more years of management experience • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline • Expertise in multiple technical and business skills
