📋 Description
• Forum ownership + support routing: ensure every thread gets answered or redirected correctly (docs, support ticket, technical escalation) • Hands-on technical help: help users build apps, debug common issues, provide fixes/workarounds, and hop on calls to unblock • Automation + workflows: build systems that make support fast and scalable (macros, templates, AI workflows, routing) • Community programs: ambassadors, rewards/recognition, office hours, AMAs, hackathons • Feedback loop: triage/categorize/summarize themes and feed them into roadmap decisions; build lightweight fixes for recurring issues when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Strong TypeScript (you can actually debug and advise) • Strong AI skills (prompting, agent workflows, debugging AI behavior) • Excellent written and verbal communication • High-energy, creative, community-first • Nice-to-have: experience running/scaling an online community
