Heritage Environmental Services is an industrial environmental services company that manages hazardous and non-hazardous waste through transportation, treatment, and disposal while emphasizing reuse, recycling, and sustainability. It provides field and onsite services including industrial cleaning, remediation, lab packing and waste consolidation, technical hazardous-chemical identification, emergency response and demilitarization/explosive disposal, and compliance training to help industrial and institutional clients meet regulatory requirements and restore operations quickly and safely.

📋 Description

• Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program • Adhere to health and safety policies, processes, and safe practices • Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections • Collect data via mobile app • Package full containers for shipment • Submit weekly activity reports via mobile app • Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies • Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed • Maintain inventory of inspection supplies • Maintain credentials required for service at client locations • Complete Arcwood-provided training • Respond to customers during off hours as needed • Perform additional duties assigned to support the team and organization

🎯 Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent (required) • Previous work experience (required) • Customer service setting experience (preferred) • Valid driver's license (required) • Reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required) • Personal vehicle required • Ability to work 10–20 hours per week, with varying hours • Ability to complete required training • Ability to obtain and maintain credentials for client locations • Ability to respond during off hours as needed • Post-offer drug screen and background check required
