📋 Description

• Own enterprise architecture and solution design for strategic accounts • Develop customer value propositions and drive engagement across network virtualization, hybrid cloud, networking, compute, storage, AI, and managed services opportunities • Integrate with account teams and shape technical and business approaches to meet customer needs • Build and nurture customer relationships at all levels and help expand accounts • Develop, review, and present customer proposals • Quantify business problems and position business value • Translate outcome-based solutions into functional designs and scalable technical architectures • Track emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive intelligence • Contribute to industry events through presentations, demos, and booth support • Drive account business planning and participate in deep-dive discussions • Produce comparative analyses of alternative approaches • Configure and right-size workload solutions balancing cost, scope, scale, and benefits • Leverage partner products and services and transfer knowledge to external partners • Build account pipeline through identified upselling, cross-selling, and unmet-needs opportunities • Monitor pipelines, nurture deals, and participate in sales forecast meetings • Document sales-cycle activities and share best practices • Advocate and present technical transformation strategies • Share knowledge with peers and develop junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications • Advanced degree in technology preferred • 7+ years of technical experience in IT focused on technical consulting and solution selling • Knowledge-based and 1+ experience-based relevant industry certifications very strongly preferred • Previous solution-selling experience within Cloud or AI highly preferred • Enterprise architecture frameworks and project management methodologies/certifications helpful but not required • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time • Advanced experience leading solution configurations and creating demos and proofs-of-concept • Advanced understanding of company products, software, services, solution domains, and workload combinations • Advanced understanding of aaS offerings, consumption models, and aaS business model variations • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and storytelling • Ability to communicate in English and applicable local languages as needed • Advanced discussion, persuasion, business, financial, consultative/value selling, project, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of CRM systems and technical tools • Hands-on experience with products, solutions, tools, or services aligned to the role • Ability to design and deliver product, solution, tool, or service demonstrations and walkthroughs • Advanced knowledge of partner offerings and go-to-market strategy • Advanced strategic and account planning skills
