📋 Description

• Own the Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap and make progress visible on a predictable cadence • Partner on scaling the care model and capacity-model projects • Validate and iterate on assumptions behind clinic staffing and capacity planning • Build and own the operational escalation playbook for on-call, scheduling, and day-to-day operational issues • Help design clinical payroll processes • Own licensing and credentialing prioritization • Own the SOP library and audit/review process • Keep cross-team training materials current • Coordinate feature launches so clinic-facing changes are clearly communicated to staff • Partner with Clinic leadership to recruit, hire, and retain clinical team members • Translate clinical and company priorities into roadmaps, playbooks, and operational systems that support scaling

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, clinical leadership, healthcare administration, or a related operational role, ideally including some time in a startup or fast-growing environment • Strong operational ability to turn ambiguous priorities into a clear, working plan and keep it on track • Experience with scheduling, EHR, and other clinical operations systems • Ability to quickly learn new tools, including AI and data/analytics tools • Ability to translate company-level priorities (OKRs, quarterly plans) into an executable team plan • Understanding of operational versus clinical decision boundaries • Ability to own strategy and structure without personally owning every execution step • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Product, clinical leadership, and other experts • Ability to build systems that identify problems early and manage operational issues • Comfort operating across 24+ states with licensing and coverage constraints
