📋 Description

• Handle calls on past-due mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, including third-party servicing and collecting, via phone and mail • Conduct collection activity to maintain acceptable delinquency percentages set by financial management • Maintain required phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators • Handle correspondence and payments legally, ethically, and confidentially • Maintain detailed and organized support documentation for owner accounts • Request skip tracing • Assist collections staff with daily processes and procedures when required • Assist owners with a general understanding of ownership and contract terms and conditions • Perform collection activity in accordance with company and federal regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Japanese speaker only • High School Diploma/GED • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Must meet federal and state license requirements • Flexible schedule Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. • More than 6 months of collections or related customer service/sales experience is advantageous • Skip tracing experience is advantageous • Timeshare industry, financial services, or banking experience is advantageous
