📋 Description

• Acquire Sales personnel attendance each morning for tour assignment purposes • Prepare and maintain the daily sales rotation and make accurate adjustments following strict tour rules • Verify guest tour qualifications using multiple sources before assigning tours to Sales personnel • Contact guests at scheduled tour times and guide them through setting up their virtual tour • Ensure guests receive the tour email, can log in to the tour platform, and have a working camera • Interact professionally with guests, update the tour, identify the next available salesperson, confirm the sales connection, and perform a warm transfer • Work with management to identify, research, and address guest, schedule, gifting, and tour-modification problems • Follow required scripts while providing high-level customer service and hospitality • Input information accurately and promptly and ensure the virtual front desk is always covered • Verify computer input and ensure reporting is received and distributed on time, including exception reporting • Attend required team meetings and training sessions on camera • Participate in required training skills assessments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time operating hours • Must reside in the United States • Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Texas preferred • Previous customer service experience • Timeshare or hospitality experience preferred but not required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong technical capacity to balance multiple systems and windows simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams • Self-motivated with strong time management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote work-from-home setting • Participation in required training skills assessments
