📋 Description

• Build relationships with owners and guests • Book guests on tours to explore world-class destinations and vacation opportunities • Meet with owners via phone • Build rapport with owners • Offer owners a gift in return for 90 minutes of their time • Present vacation possibilities with Hilton Grand Vacations • Serve as part Resort Concierge, Marketing Professional, and Travel Agent

🎯 Requirements

• Vacation Ownership experience required • High school Diploma or equivalent • 6 months of sales experience; preferred • 6 months of customer service experience • Knowledge of the timeshare Industry, Customer Service, and quality fundamentals • MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, company’s intranet system, and corporate policies and procedures • Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
