📋 Description

• Assist management with evaluating delinquency percentages for the loan portfolio and maintenance fee account • Monitor team performance through audits, identify opportunities, and provide feedback using KPI reporting metrics • Lead quality assurance of collections staff for compliance with policies, procedures, and state and federal law • Contact delinquent owners by telephone and mail to retrieve outstanding payments • Communicate company policies and procedures alongside collection tactics and practices • Assist collections staff with daily processes and procedures • Assist management with owner requests and complaints • Provide ongoing training and support for the collection team, including bi-annual FDCPA certification • Mentor and develop team members, coordinate team-building activities, recognize high performers, and resolve feedback or conflicts • Provide support for supervisors when they are out of office • Prepare periodic reports on team-specific tasks and goals • Perform collection functions as department workload determines • Assist with special projects as requested by management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in Word, Access and Excel • Must meet federal and state licensure requirements • Associate's Degree/College Diploma preferred • 3–5 years of experience preferred • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred • Experience in 3rd party collections preferred • Experience in Timeshare/Vacation Ownership preferred • Solid understanding of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act • Eligibility for applicable federal and state licensure requirements
