📋 Description

• Contact existing, qualified vacation club owners via telephone calls using warm leads • Help club owners build portfolios through purchase and usage of additional Ownership points • Make purchase recommendations for additional Ownership points using a detailed sales process • Generate maximum net sales volume while serving as the professional and ethical voice of the company • Follow production and effort-based guidelines • Deliver superior customer service • Participate in scheduled sales meetings and training • Work with key partners across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate • Possess sales experience • Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence) • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN) • Follow all production and effort-based guidelines • Demonstrate basic technical abilities with Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, and similar programs • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively • Maintain a professional appearance • Participate in scheduled sales meetings and training via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings
