📋 Description

• Architect GTM systems infrastructure — responsible for designing, scaling, and evolving the automation and integration ecosystem • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Ops to design how funnel data flows • Maintain and evolve the automation architecture connecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and other GTM tools • Continuously identify friction in Growth execution and design automation to remove it • Shape the strategic evolution of the GTM tool stack • Embed AI agents and LLM-powered automation across the GTM stack • Ensure Growth programs respond dynamically to customer readiness • Build scalable automation for events, webinars, content downloads, and outbound support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 5–8 years building and scaling GTM, growth, or revenue systems in a B2B environment • Proven record of designing automation that directly influenced pipeline, revenue, or lifecycle performance • Experience owning cross-functional execution between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps • Background in SaaS or complex go-to-market environments strongly preferred • AI-first systems architect — designs GTM automation that embeds AI at key decision points • Practical prompt engineering for GTM — writes, evaluates, and iterates prompts • Deep experience building multi-step workflows that eliminate manual handoffs and accelerate revenue velocity • Ability to diagnose bottlenecks across the marketing-to-sales funnel • Technically fluent across no-code, low-code, and AI-augmented tooling
