📋 Description

• Lead outsourced prop production, including vendor selection, briefing, quality control, and continuous improvement of workflows • Translate large manufacturer product catalogs into efficient, standardized, high-quality 3D prop libraries • Define and enforce asset standards for modeling, UVs, materials, naming conventions, LODs, and optimization • Create and refine photo-realistic 3D props and materials that meet both artistic and technical requirements • Build scalable pipelines for asset ingestion, review, iteration, and deployment into a custom web based platform and the Unreal Engine • Partner with internal visualization, engineering, and product teams to ensure assets integrate cleanly into production environments • Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI-assisted workflows to improve velocity without sacrificing quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in game development or real-time production managing outsourced art production at scale • Expert knowledge utilizing Unreal Engine Editor • Professional experience utilizing Maya, Zbrush, Adobe Photoshop, and Substance Painter/Designer • Proven experience leading complex asset initiatives independently with strong ownership and a high quality bar • A track record of building or improving structured, scalable asset pipelines and asset standards • Experience developing automation or AI-enhanced production tools • Exceptional attention to detail--you work fast and accurately • Passion for architecture and interior design with a deep understanding of real-world materials, manufacturing logic, and construction details
