📋 Description

• Review monthly revenue for accuracy and research discrepancies • Manage the TripActions expense platform, including issuing virtual cards, approving employee expense reports, updating the platform based on NetSuite changes, and transferring expenses to NetSuite • Handle month-end close and ensure reconciliations are accurate and complete • Prepare month-end financial statements with notes for Finance team review • Oversee and train the staff accountant • Approve and review journal entries, reconciliations, and accounts payable submissions • Gather support for the annual audit and respond to auditor inquiries • Prepare year-end annual financial statements for auditor review • Ensure smooth transfers to new software when needed • Assist with tax compliance and compile information for outside tax accountants • Prepare ad hoc reports for FP&A and other Neon One teams • File 1099s annually

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience • Bachelor’s degree • Proficiency with Excel and NetSuite, with ability to quickly adapt to new software • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize when working on a variety of projects • Excellent critical thinking skills and enjoyment of troubleshooting • Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada
