• Review legal files and pleadings for accuracy and completeness • Electronically sign pleadings following review • Access and review files through the firm’s case management system (CLS) • Digitally execute documents using Adobe PDF
🎯 Requirements
• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Comfort working in a technology-driven environment • Experience with VPN access and remote systems preferred, but not required • Prior legal documentation review experience is a plus, though not required • Approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on case volume
