📋 Description

• Prepare fluctuation analyses and financial schedules for assigned entities • Perform monthly balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations • Review customer contracts to support revenue recognition under ASC 606 • Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis • Assist with audit-related requests by preparing schedules and supporting documentation • Work within ERP and consolidation systems, including OneStream, to support reporting and data accuracy • Build and maintain basic-to-moderate automation solutions, including RPA bots, workflow automation, Excel/Power Query tools, and scripts • Participate in system implementations, reporting enhancements, and internal control (SOX) initiatives • Uphold GAAP, internal policies, and internal control standards • Report to the Manager of Financial Reporting, Revenue Recognition, and SOX Compliance • Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field • Strong understanding of GAAP, core accounting principles, and financial statements • Experience with multi-entity accounting or consolidations • Hands-on experience with reconciliations, close processes, and journal entries • Experience working with a mid-to-large ERP system • Ability to build or enhance accounting tools using Excel, including macros, formulas, templates, and Power Query • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated attention to detail • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred • Experience with Deltek Costpoint, OneStream, SAP, or other ERP/consolidation systems preferred • Hands-on experience with financial consolidation tools such as OneStream, CFIN, or SAP Analytics Cloud preferred • Experience with RPA tools or similar automation platforms preferred • Experience with technical accounting research and memo preparation preferred • Experience with data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred • Security clearance: None
