📋 Description
• Train as an All Domain Operations (ADO) Program Manager under a designated Mission Technologies Program Manager • Learn program management principles, technologies, core operational functions, and civilian program/project management responsibilities • Complete meaningful projects with a mentor and senior company leadership • Gain understanding of schedules, performance, and risk identification/mitigation for systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities • Learn program operations, production schedules, resource utilization, customer relationships, and profit and loss • Train across all program phases from inception through completion • Support a program at one primary geographic location covering remote locations, multiple business functions, and assigned employees • Train on tracking cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs • Coordinate resolutions to production-related problems • Manage required manpower support levels throughout task-order performance • Learn federal contracting, contract vehicles, business development, capture management, proposals, and standardization practices • Network with senior leadership within the All Domain Operations Business Group
🎯 Requirements
• Active-duty military personnel only, within the final 180 days of active-duty service • Applications accepted within the final 12 months of active-duty service • Transitioning US military service member • Program/project experience and technical background • Education and experience dependent on the Program of Instruction • Commitment to learning HII standards and skills in Program and Project Management • 10–15+ years of Program Management experience preferred • PMP/PMI certification preferred • DAWIA Level 3 certification preferred • Security Clearance: TS/SCI
