📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation • Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects • Identify and assess program and project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, report to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions • Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with contracts, industry standards, and regulations • Lead and motivate project managers, engineers, analysts, and other professionals • Establish performance metrics and KPIs and provide regular stakeholder updates • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, reporting requirements, deliverables, and regulations • Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor's degree in related field; or 4 years relevant progressive experience with Master's degree in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the defense industry or government contracting • Strong knowledge of defense industry practices, regulations, and contractual requirements • Excellent leadership and communication skills with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, including risk management • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and shifting priorities • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance • Preferred: active Secret or Top Secret clearance • Preferred: 5+ years managing Defense Aerospace, Airborne ISR, Maritime ISR, OSINT, Mission-Enabling Services, or Emergent Operations • Preferred: 3+ years managing Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contracts supporting the Department of Defense • Preferred: 3+ years managing contracts awarded or administered by GSA/FEDSIM • Preferred: 3+ years using Smartsheet and Office365 tools • Preferred: PMP certification from PMI or DAWIA Level III Program Management
