📋 Description

• Support the DISA Defense Information Systems Agency remotely as a Documentation Specialist • Gather, analyze, and compose technical information • Conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology • Translate technical information into clear, readable documents for technical and nontechnical personnel • For applications built to run in a Windows environment, use the standard help compiler to prepare all online documentation • Support IT services, technical and management expertise across applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, systems, operations, application development, maintenance, technical support, and lifecycle management

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years relevant experience • Experience in technical writing and documentation pertaining to all aspects of IT • Experience in preparing technical documentation, including conducting research on applicable standards • Demonstrated experience and ability to work independently or under only general direction • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience • US Citizenship required
