📋 Description

• Ensure stable operation of in-house computer software systems and network connections • Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, support, and optimize network software and communication links • Organize and direct configuration and operation of information management systems • Analyze and resolve end-user software program and connectivity issues • Conduct capacity and performance analysis • Recommend system configuration changes and upgrades • Improve system administrator efficiency and accuracy through automated tools and scripts • Develop system administrator procedures • Conduct system administrator training and skills assessments • Provide end-user training • Recommend technology direction aligned with business vision • Provide local and remote maintenance support for operational systems across multiple locations • Perform server and application maintenance, upgrades, and new installations • Direct the work of other system administrators • Optimize systems and resources and provide user assistance • Apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing and fault tolerance • Perform vulnerability management • Collaborate virtually with the Task Order Project Manager, Requirements Analysts, Scrum Master, Developers, Testers, and Government stakeholders through meetings and Agile ceremonies • Support government development activities, customer meetings, and project deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Ten (10) years specialized experience in Information Processing, including at least four years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority • BS or BA in a technical discipline • Secret clearance • DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I • AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or Certified MuleSoft Associate Certification within 3 months after onboarding start date • Maintain a secure remote workspace • Use government-approved systems and security controls • Comply with cybersecurity and data protection requirements, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) • Regular availability during standard business hours
