📋 Description

• Assist with AMS360 suspended billing cleanup, including reviewing outstanding items and supporting research and resolution. • Support Comulate aged-item cleanup, including reviewing and closing outstanding items that could not previously be completed due to rolling integration dates. • Assist with reviewing and organizing accounting-related backlogs to help establish greater process consistency. • Support a LastPass login assessment to review system access and assist with maintaining accurate and organized login information. • Assist with SharePoint cleanup and streamlining, including organizing files, reviewing existing content, and improving the accessibility of accounting resources. • Review accounting records and system information for accuracy and completeness. • Track progress on cleanup projects and help identify outstanding items requiring additional follow-up. • Assist with documenting processes and procedures to create more consistent workflows. • Collaborate with Accounting and other internal teams on special projects and process improvement initiatives. • Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work with data and identify inconsistencies or outstanding items. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. • Prior accounting or insurance experience is not required.
