• Conduct stakeholder interviews to refine the leadership profile • Develop recruitment and outreach strategy • Market the opportunity nationally and regionally • Identify, vet, and present a diverse and highly qualified candidate slate • Manage interview process and candidate assessment • Conduct reference and background checks • Assist with offer negotiation, hiring and transition planning
• Demonstrated experience recruiting senior leaders within nonprofit, community development, urban policy, or mission-driven real estate environments • Experience placing executive-level integrators, chiefs of staff, administrative and operational executives, or deputy leaders is strongly preferred.
