📋 Description
• join the Corporate and Tax Group • advise on the tax aspects of complex transactions • handle M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, financings, private equity transactions, and equity investments • collaborate with deal teams and take on direct client responsibility
🎯 Requirements
• substantial experience advising on the tax aspects of complex transactions • expertise in U.S. federal income tax, including partnership and corporate tax planning • mid to senior level attorney with a practical, business-oriented approach • preferred credentials include an LL.M. in Taxation, CPA designation, or experience at a large law firm or accounting firm
