📋 Description

• Review each piece of customer-facing material to ensure compliance with legal guidelines • Use AI as a support tool for marketing review • Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and consumer-facing channel leads • Provide guidance on messaging based on legal and regulatory concepts • Determine when to escalate issues for further review with the SVP and senior team members • Lead documentation of best practices across product categories and marketing assets • Develop an intake system for requests from team members • Partner with the legal team on new rules and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 7-8+ years in a marketing operations, business affairs, or equivalent role • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams • Legal and regulatory team exposure • Expert-level attention to detail and track record of applying concepts to output • Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer • Must not require current or future immigration sponsorship by Hims & Hers to work in the U.S.
