📋 Description

• Support digital marketing and audience growth initiatives across multiple channels • Improve online visibility through SEO, content optimisation, and emerging AEO/AI search practices • Help optimise website content, landing pages, and user journeys • Identify opportunities to grow reach and engagement across relevant platforms and online communities • Support content distribution and amplify thought leadership • Assist with targeted paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, or similar platforms • Monitor performance, use analytics to identify opportunities, and recommend improvements • Collaborate with PR, communications, and social media specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or audience development • Hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels • Working knowledge of SEO, content, website optimisation, analytics, and paid media • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable executing independently • Strong communication and organisational skills • Preferably, experience supporting executives, founders, entrepreneurs, authors, thought leaders, or personal brands • Experience with AEO/AI search, community marketing, audience development, or content distribution is also a plus
