📋 Description

• Design the web interface for Air, including team management, automation setup, and results overview • Shape the design process for the automations sub-team • Work directly with developers to establish review and handoff practices • Take features from ambiguous briefs to shipped interfaces • Contribute to the shared design system by adding and maintaining Figma components • Use AI and vibe-coding for faster prototyping when useful • Participate in cross-team demos and quarterly planning • Bring a design perspective to Air’s future product direction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience • Great examples of delivering results that impact the business • Ability to see features through from design to production • Excellent cross-team project delivery • Ability to work with limited context, clarify priorities, define scope, and move projects forward independently • Active use of AI tools in the design workflow • Experience building or prototyping with Cursor, Claude, or similar tools • Solid Figma skills, including components, tokens/variables, and design systems • Ability to navigate an existing UI kit and contribute new components • Experience with developer-focused products or technical tooling is nice to have • Experience with vibe-coding, design engineering, or code-level prototypes is nice to have • Familiarity with agentic or AI-native interface patterns is nice to have
