📋 Description

• Advise clients at management and C‑level, identify connections between IT and business, and actively contribute to the strategic direction of their IT • Lead IT sourcing and transformation projects to sustainably improve cost efficiency, quality and scalability of the IT organization • Design and optimize service delivery, increase the business value of IT, and support the introduction and continuous development of IT services • Provide subject-matter leadership for consultants and support their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT Service Management, ideally with previous leadership experience • Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, with experience in managing complex IT organizations • Strong strategic thinking skills, combined with the ability to analyze complex relationships and derive practical recommendations for action • High degree of personal responsibility, structured working style, and excellent presentation and communication skills (fluent German)
