📋 Description

• Optimize the IT portfolio with a focus on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets • Enhance service delivery to drive business value • Support the successful introduction and continuous development of IT services • Support IT sourcing projects to optimize costs, quality, and scalability of the IT organization • Optionally assume technical leadership and mentor junior consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree • At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT Service Management • Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL • Analytical mindset to structure complexity and clarify interdependencies • Excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent)
