📋 Description

• With our clients, you optimize the IT portfolio, focusing on IT services, suppliers and IT assets to ensure the future-ready use of IT • Improve service delivery to drive business impact and support the successful introduction and further development of IT services • Support IT sourcing projects to optimize cost, quality and scalability of the IT organization • Optionally, take on technical leadership and mentor junior consultants on joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT service management • Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, and a good sense for the interface between IT and the business • Analytical mindset to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships, along with high self-motivation and a conscientious working style • Excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent)
