• Serve as a clinical expert during system implementation, physician onboarding, and live procedure support. • Partner with Account Managers to ensure alignment on account readiness, utilization goals, and growth opportunities. • Lead on-site execution during new site launches and technology integrations, ensuring a seamless clinical experience. • Identify and share clinical insights to enhance performance, workflow, and overall outcomes. • Support cross-functional collaboration between Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams to advance adoption and procedural excellence. • Maintain strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders. • Drive ongoing optimization at existing sites to support procedural growth and sustainability.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field preferred • 3+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support (imaging, ultrasound, or robotic experience preferred) • Proven ability to drive clinical adoption and support procedural success. • Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic), including overnights as required. • Must meet all hospital credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, immunizations).
