📋 Description

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform diagnostics remotely or on-site • Provide field support during first commercial and clinical cases • Develop troubleshooting guides based on field experience • Work with Operations, R&D, Education, Sales, and Clinical Affairs teams to support commercial, clinical, and pre-clinical equipment and procedures • Lead engineering support for commercial and customer-facing activities • Evaluate products in the field and develop resolution plans with R&D subject-matter experts • Prioritize commercialized product and product-support work with cross-functional leadership • Ensure design documentation complies with HistoSonics’ design-control system or external partner systems • Ensure project deliverables are completed • Assist commercial teams in developing customer engagement plans for HistoSonics’ technology • Support conferences, tradeshows, meetings, and demonstrations • Develop field-training materials for future product support engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences strongly preferred • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a hospital or a medical device company • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and adaptability • Ability to engage multiple participants while keeping demonstrations organized and on track • Experience in complex systems design, engineering, and product support preferred • Experience supporting products and procedures in both commercial and clinical field environments preferred • Excellent communication skills • Quality management systems experience • Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including approximately two weekends per month • Employer will not sponsor visas for this position • Must have U.S. work authorization
