📋 Description

• Oversee digital operations and engineering activities across North America within the services organization • Guide the execution of digital offerings, engineering processes, and technology delivery • Establish operational vision, processes, and standards for engineering teams • Set priorities, performance goals, and accountability for service delivery • Build and scale an operational model while supporting hands-on execution as required • Serve as a senior escalation point for digital execution and engineering issues • Define roadmaps for engineering and digital execution across enterprise platforms • Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver digital solutions • Partner with stakeholders to align digital capabilities with strategic goals • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related technical field • 15+ years of experience in digital engineering, IT operations, or platform leadership • At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams • Experience with digital services and exposure to critical infrastructure or data center operations preferred • Experience building or scaling operational organizations in a global environment • Communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
