📋 Description

• Manage strategic sourcing of services for Marketing, Human Resources, Consulting, and Finance categories in the Americas • Execute sourcing projects, reverse auctions, and procurement initiatives aligned with Hitachi Digital priorities and business-function objectives • Negotiate high-value, complex service contracts to generate savings and non-monetary benefits • Structure contracts to optimize cost, mitigate risk, maximize cash flow, and ensure performance and compliance • Evaluate financial implications, total cost of ownership, and ROI of IT solutions • Use procurement analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and assess vendor risk • Develop and maintain a global preferred supplier base • Manage vendor scorecards, SLAs, and escalation processes • Foster long-term partnerships with strategic vendors • Influence IT executives and senior leaders to adopt Procurement best practices • Ensure ethical sourcing and compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards • Collaborate with the global team on global category project execution • Report to the Senior Manager Global Procurement • Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Procurement sourcing and category management • Understanding of basic procurement law • Ability to negotiate and oversee master supply agreements, professional services agreements, statements of work, change requests, and amendments • Experience in Procurement categories such as Marketing, Human Resources, Professional Services, and Financial Services • Track record of leading sourcing processes across businesses and geographies • Ability to communicate, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork • Ability to independently negotiate large-volume, high-risk deals • Strong supplier management skills • Experience in an eSourcing tool environment is a plus • Ability to navigate a fast-paced multinational environment • Strong organization, confidence, self-starting attitude, willingness to learn, and communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree is Preferred
