📋 Description

• Develop and implement contract strategies aligned with business and project goals • Review and negotiate commercial and technical terms in tenders and agreements • Identify contract risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies • Analyze contract baselines, including scope, schedule, and specifications • Partner with Legal to draft and finalize agreements during sales and execution phases • Provide contractual guidance to project managers and internal stakeholders • Monitor contract performance and lead lessons learned and closeout activities • Deliver training on contract management practices across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law or equivalent qualification • 7+ years of experience in contract management • Experience with Data Center, EPC, or Power Generation contracts • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, legal frameworks, and risk management • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments • Structured, detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
