📋 Description
• Independently handle an inventory of litigated and non-litigated files • Advise and mentor less senior attorneys • Conduct all phases of personal injury litigation including jury trials • Applies independent analysis and judgment to prepare discovery, legal pleadings, trial briefs
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8+ years of experience in insurance defense practice • Ability to work collaboratively with paralegal(s) and support staff • Requires law degree • License to practice law in California required • Skilled in personal injury litigation
