📋 Description

• Conduct primarily direct-hire legal recruiting • Partner with law firms and corporate legal departments to identify, attract, and place top legal talent • Support temporary, contract, contract-to-hire, and project-based legal staffing initiatives as client needs dictate • Build and maintain long-term relationships with attorneys, paralegals, legal support professionals, and hiring managers • Develop business and talent pipelines • Manage candidates and execute consultative recruiting processes • Deliver high-quality placements and positive candidate outcomes • Drive client satisfaction, retention, repeat business, revenue generation, and placement success • Collaborate with the recruiting team and contribute to team goals • Manage desk and priorities with flexibility and autonomy • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of legal recruiting experience • Demonstrated track record of direct-hire placement • Strong business development, candidate management, and consultative recruiting skills • Ability to build long-term relationships with attorneys, paralegals, legal support professionals, and hiring managers • Results oriented, candidate focused, team player with a high level of integrity • Strong professional and interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in recruitment internet search tools, social media, applicant tracking systems, database programs, and job boards • Legal recruiting experience and demonstrable knowledge of the legal industry preferred • BA/BS preferred • JD a plus • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting for extended periods and using hands, arms, and voice/hearing
