📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and support on business operations, contract negotiations, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance matters • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, partnership agreements, licensing agreements, and internal policies • Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce potential exposure and support business continuity • Manage external legal counsel on complex matters while supporting cost-effective outcomes • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise the business on impacts and required adjustments • Develop and deliver legal training on legal topics and compliance requirements • Support litigation and dispute resolution activities, including legal research and document preparation • Collaborate with business units, finance, HR, compliance, and other functions on legal and commercial matters • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Admission to the bar in good standing in at least one relevant jurisdiction • Minimum of 8-10 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing attorney, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience in a multinational corporation • Demonstrated experience in commercial law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, with understanding of international business law and cross-border transactions • Proficiency in English • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively while working independently and within a team environment
