📋 Description

• Own the commercial contracting process end to end • Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of agreements • Lead the company’s most complex negotiations • Set the standard for commercial legal excellence • Mentor colleagues as the team scales • Translate legal and risk issues into actionable guidance • Negotiate data privacy and AI-related terms • Advise on data rights and security • Implement contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems • Build scalable legal workflows • Integrate AI tools to enhance efficiency • Support new product launches • Develop foundational commercial documentation • Contribute to broader legal projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience • Substantial in-house experience at a fast-paced, high-growth company • Deep background in commercial contracting • Strong command of IP and technology licensing • Fluency in data protection and privacy frameworks • Experience leading high-stakes negotiations • Advising internal stakeholders • Working in regulated industries • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach • Commitment to mentoring and process improvement
