📋 Description

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects • Assist the Project and Site Manager and Technical Supervisor in resolving construction issues • Coordinate site meetings, define agendas, and prepare minutes • Review schedules, procedures, and safety reports prepared by the Subcontractor • Set the project safety standard and establish productivity monitoring procedures/processes to assure progressive quality of work • Liaise with the Owner and Government officials regarding the project • Provide knowledge of local means and methods and heavy equipment installation • Communicate with Trade Labor Union representatives on and off site

🎯 Requirements

• Active CA Class B General Contractors License or Class C-61/D-34 Specialty Contractors License (Prefabricated Equipment Contractor) required • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required • 2-5 years of experience in the direction of construction site activities • Knowledge of local means and methods • Knowledge of heavy equipment installation • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
