📋 Description

• Provide Expert Testimony and manage production of Expert reports. • Conduct Damage Modelling and Analysis in Economic Damage, Lost Profits analyses and more. • Direct client projects by collating research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. • Conduct fact-based investigations to test the validity of allegations using proven investigative approaches and the latest technology. • Communicate with client project liaison on a consistent basis. • Build complex models to analyze economic and financial data using spreadsheets and databases. • Conduct technology-enabled analysis of data to identify anomalies, relationships, or trends using the latest analytics and visualization platforms. • Communicate with clients using varying levels of complexity to relay data, findings and suggestions and manage their expectations effectively. • Work within deadlines/priorities across multiple projects, delegating/collaborating with team members. • Contribute to business development and pursue revenue generating opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Advanced degrees in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Forensic Consulting or similar Financial Consulting roles • Analysis and calculation of damages in commercial disputes • Experience with insurance claims services • Analyzing delays, disruptions and cost overruns due to unforeseen events • Forensic and Investigation Services experience • Expert Reporting and Litigation Support experience • Experience providing Expert Testimony • Familiarity in Business Development and pursuing revenue generating opportunities • Demonstratable Data Analysis expertise • CPA, CBV, CFE, or CFI • Ability to build complex financial/economic models and use analytics and visualization platforms • Strong communication skills for client liaison and managing expectations
